I had a great experience Jess is friendly, knowledgeable, and sincere. She truly cares about her clients getting the results they desire. My target areas were stomach and arms. I saw a noticeable difference in tightening the skin around my belly button. For arms, I received a skin tightening procedure. l've always been extremely self-conscious about my arms in which I would hardly ever wear short-sleeved shirts. I now have the confidence to do so! Both procedures were tolerable with very minimal discomfort, and zero "downtime."

I am a total chicken and had been hesitating getting any sort of cosmetic treatment for years, but after a few consults with several different clinics, I was blown away by my very first conversation with Jessica who was super professional, experienced and compassionate as she provided helpful guidance and eased my concerns. Firstly, the overall explanation of the procedure before anything was done was extremely detailed and answered every question I asked. I was extremely hesitant prior to the procedure because I had never had microneedling and on top of that the isnt much info available from sources who don’t directly benefit from either you having the procedure or not. Jessica was incredibly patient and showed an extremely high level of care throughout the process from the booking stage all the way through. She explained what was happening with my scalp and also the overarching goal to what we were looking to accomplish. There were no false promises and no overselling. Just really informed education, and as someone who is extremely curious about basically everything—-I was thoroughly impressed. The pain is tolerable and I would definitely recommend using Lux if this procedure is beneficial for you. I’ll def be returning

I was referred to Jessica for hair restoration from my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the results. When I first started noticing hair loss I was frantic in finding a solution.
